The Medicaid Waiver Provider Information System is a proprietary software application designed and written to meet all of your paperwork and compliance needs as a Waiver Provider. Demographic information on your consumers is entered once and used throughout the system. Information about services you are providing, the support plan goals and objectives or steps used to meet the goal are also entered once and then used monthly for review and scoring.
The system uses this to generate all of your required paperwork with all of the data elements required by the Handbook. Recoupment becomes a non-issue. No more pulling your hair out trying to guess exactly what they want (APD, Delmarva) and how they want it. Changes from the State are no problem - we keep up with all of these and send out updates for providers who are interested.
